dear class of 2017,

sooo....class of 2017!! we finally finished high school. the best/worst days of our lives. it is bittersweet. okay but...we still have many milestones to complete. i mean...i know i do. i was really excited to graduate. just as much as the next senior. my graduation definitely wasn't like any other graduation. at my high school, our class is small. and we don't wear cap and gowns to graduation. lol. the girls wear long, white wedding dresses while the guys wear tuxedos. this has been in tradition for the past 50 years. i thought it was so weird, but being in that gown on May 12th, i forgot all about how odd it was. i was overjoyed. the ceremony was beautiful. the night was long and fun! i couldn't have done graduation any other way. but on to the next. college. i'm so READY! isn't everyone? i can finally learn about things essential to my career. but of course, everyone is really excited about the parties, greek life, new friends and new connections. i'm just ready for a whole new world, and i can't wait for what's in store. my advice to you is the same advice someone gave to me. don't get to college and forget you're in college 😂. you still are in school. i know y'all's momma's ain't paying for y'all to fail out. so...don't forget you're in college lol. i'm excited for move in day. i can't wait to share it with you guys. but right now it's summer and i'm just trying to have fun before college. so, hopefully i'm able to go on some adventures and share it with you all. it's summer!!! have all the fun you can. shop. vacation. party!!
